Fostering collaboration
Kuntzsch Business Services facilitates coalitions and project teams to advance their productivity and success. We bring stakeholders together around common issues and establish the structure for sustainable coalitions through membership and sponsorship support. We guide the trajectory of project teams and coalitions through the establishment of objectives, facilitation of discussions and on-going management to ensure action items are completed.
On an on-going basis, KBS manages and facilitates the Greater Lansing Area Clean Cities Coalition, Land Conservancies of Southeast Michigan Conservancies Collaboration, and NextEnergy’s Hydraulic Hybrid Working Group. KBS also helps facilitate multi-stakeholder project teams as we support the development of grant applications and through our project management services.
