Kuntzsch Business Services supports communities and organizations in various stages of planning and strategy development. KBS convenes and facilitates collaborative meetings, work groups, training workshops and educational forums helping public and private sector clients advance their goals. We lead and coordinate planning sessions, conduct research, and develop reports and communications strategies.
KBS is able to facilitate consensus amongst a diversity of stakeholders and interests to foster collaboration. Our facilitation process includes guiding groups to define a vision, mission, goals and objectives, recording meeting discussions, creating succinct meeting summaries, and developing “next steps” to move the facilitation process forward.
