Project Planning
- Research project development, including assembly of project and partners
- Work with client to establish project specifications ensuring project scope is clearly established
- Develop a work breakdown structure including a task list and project timeline
- Establish a project team or engage with selected team members to determine task allocation
- Determine milestones to monitor progress and communicate method with client and/or project team
- Develop a detailed budget based on project specifications
Cycle Management
- Proactively monitor project activities to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost containment
- Communicate with project team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Provide on-going and final reporting to client/grantor on project milestones, deliverables & budget
- Refine project parameters as necessary based on changes in scope, timing, budget, team members or other factors that client may encounter
- Act as liaison between client and grantor or other project partners as requested
